At Larcomes we take our responsibility towards the community in which we live seriously. We believe in playing an active role in the community and we support a wide variety of local charities ever year. Last year we swam the Solent in aid of Portsmouth Young Carers and this year Team Larcomes are braving the water again to complete the 21.5 mile Great River Race on 3rd September where we will be rowing from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey on behalf of MHA: Fratton Live at Home Scheme.

The Live at Home Scheme was established in 1989 by MHA, a charity providing care homes, housing and support services for older people throughout Britain site link. The Fratton Live at Home Scheme offer services and support to help older people, within the Fratton and surrounding areas of Portsmouth to lead independent, active and fulfilled lives and to live securely. The aim is to help people maintain their independence while offering opportunities for companionship, support and advice when needed.

Over the next few months we will be hosting a variety of fund raising events in aid of MHA: Fratton Live at Home Scheme and if you wish to donate to this great charity then please give generously on our Larcomes LLP Just Giving Page
