Larcomes Private Criminal Defence department has vast experience and knowledge when it comes to Criminal Law. Lucy Linington who heads the department became a Court and Police station duty solicitor in 2010 and over the years, has dealt with a wide range of cases. She has represented clients at Police stations and Magistrates Courts for motoring offences including the most serious such as death by dangerous, death by careless, other cases involving murder, assaults, money laundering, football banning orders, DWP fraud, high value drugs supply, serious sexual offences, and all manner of criminal cases for Crown Court trials.
