Entering a Civil Partnership
Whilst civil partnerships are less common now that same-sex marriage is legal in the UK, if you do decide to enter into a civil partnership you may want advice regarding the registration process or your rights and responsibilities as partners, what this means for your personal wealth or assets for example or your joint parental responsibilities.

If the unfortunate happens, and your relationship comes to an end, you may want to consider having your civil partnership dissolved. This will require you to apply for a Dissolution Order, and there will be certain steps you need to follow.
