Larcomes Legal Limited reveals a change to our management team with the announcement that on 1st October 2022, Janice Ward stepped down as Managing Director. Janice joined Larcomes in September 1999, becoming Managing Director in 2007. Following her resignation from the role, Janice will now be taking a step back from her day-to-day management of the firm.
During the 15 years of her leadership, she has played a considerable part in the firm’s growth and success, instilling the firm’s values of legal excellence and client care. Janice is a respected colleague and has been an inspirational managing director.
We are pleased to announce that Richard Hopgood has been appointed as Larcomes’ new Managing Director, having been with the firm for over 20 Years. Richard heads up the Industrial Disease department and took over the role at the start of October, after Janice stepped down. He has a clear vision for the future of Larcomes and a deep understanding of our ethos, strategy, and client service focus. Richard will also be continuing his valuable work within the Industrial Disease team.

It is now time for me to hand over the baton to my fellow director Richard Hopgood. I know that Richard has Larcomes’ best interests at heart and will continue to develop the firm further during more challenging times.”
