Mark Tooley

Mark joined Larcomes in 1989 and after a couple of years working in the fields of both family and child law, he developed a specialism in represents guardians, children and parents in public law proceedings, including care, supervision, secure accommodation, wardship, special guardianship and adoption. He has extensive experience of residence, contact and specific issue order proceedings, including removal proceedings. He is regularly involved in cases concerning domestic violence, allegations of physical and sexual abuse, neglect and drug and alcohol misuse.
Mark is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel thereby recognising his experience and expertise in representing children. Mark has also been awarded Higher Rights of Audience.
Mark won the Hampshire Incorporated Law Society Solicitor Of The Year award in 2016.
In his spare time Mark enjoys going to the gym, hill walking and socialising with family and friends
