We have recently expanded our growing team and are proud to welcome Emily Watts, Ben White, Catriona Ellis, Natasha Bryant and Scarlett Hicks to the Commercial Property department. Find out more about them below:
Emily Watts – Trainee Solicitor
Emily graduated from the University of Exeter in 2011 before pursuing her GDL and LPC with The University of Law. She graduated from the LPC with an LLM in 2019 and was awarded the Gateley PLC Prize for Excellence in Property Law.
Emily joined Larcomes as a Trainee Solicitor in July 2020 and works alongside the commercial team dealing with Corporate/Commercial, Commercial Property, Litigation, Employment and complex Residential matters such as Leasehold Enfranchisement and Collective Enfranchisement.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys going to the theatre, participating in her local community and spending time with her husband and son. Emily also very much enjoys her role as an adult senior non-commissioned officer with the RAF Air Cadets.

Ben White – Trainee Solicitor
Ben graduated with honours in his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Law in 2020, and then went on to undertake his Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws in 2021, where he graduated with a distinction.
Ben joined Larcomes initially as a Paralegal in April 2021, working part time during his legal studies, before becoming a Trainee Solicitor in August 2021. Ben works within the commercial and litigation department specialising in corporate/commercial law, commercial property, employment law, property litigation and commercial litigation.

Catriona Ellis – Paralegal
Catriona read Spanish and Linguistics at Oxford University, completing a year abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca. Following her undergraduate degree Catriona completed her MA Law at the University of Law in Guildford and is now studying for her LPC. She joins the Commercial Property team as a part-time paralegal.
Outside of the law Catriona enjoys visiting galleries and going to the theatre, both things that she is taking advantage of while living in London.

Natasha Bryant – Legal Assistant
Natasha has recently joined Larcomes as a part time Legal Assistant with 14 years previous experience in this role. Natasha has joined the Commercial Team to assist with plot sales and commercial property. She also assists with residential property transactions for existing commercial clients.
In her spare time Natasha enjoys reading, walking and family days out with her two children.

Scarlett Hicks – Legal Assistant
Scarlett joined Larcomes in March 2021 as a Legal Assistant after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with an Upper Second Class Honours in Law with Business. She assists with a variety of areas including commercial property, commercial litigation and employment law.
Scarlett originally joined the firm as maternity cover and has since secured a position in the commercial team and is starting her CILEx training in January 2022.
In her spare time, she enjoys socialising with friends, travelling and spending time with her family.
