Commercial Conveyancing Manager
Jill manages Larcomes’ commercial property department and undertakes conveyancing for both commercial and residential property.
Jill specialises in freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease and licence preparation, lease agreements, work associated with residential development sites, plot sales, title reports, release of properties from charges including drafting of undertakings, and assignments and notices.
In her free time, Jill enjoys reading, walking the dog, skiing and travelling (when she gets the chance).
