Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus, HASAG has had to cancel all of its free coffee mornings until further notice. These coffee mornings have always been a well-attended and much needed place for anyone with an asbestos-related disease and their family and friends to come along and meet others, throughout the South of England, South East, London and the Home Counties.

HASAG have been looking into other ways of offering support to their patients during this unprecedented time and have created a Virtual Coffee Morning Group on Facebook that will be active all of the time for patients to post in and converse. This is a place where patients and loved ones can communicate with one another to help build an online community and it is somewhere you can ask any questions you may have to Nurses and Solicitors (Larcomes are one of the solicitor firms within the Virtual Group).

Life as we know it is in lockdown, and this Group may help you and your loved ones from being lonely during isolation. If you have Facebook, all you need to do is to simply copy the link below and paste it into your browser to open the Facebook Virtual Coffee Morning Group:

If you have any problems with accessing this Virtual Group, then please do not hesitate to contact Lynne Squibb from HASAG on 02380 010 015 or alternatively contact Natalie Courage from Larcomes on 023 9244 8100.
