Gemma Brown

Gemma is the Civil Litigation Solicitor here at Larcomes and has been working within this area since she qualified. She advises and acts for both individual clients and business clients in all aspects of general litigation. She routinely acts on behalf of Residential Landlords for Housing Act Possession claims, to include rental arrears claims. Gemma also undertakes Trusts of Land matters, and acts for clients in settling co-ownership disputes, debt disputes and contract disputes from pre action right through to the final hearing.
Gemma has a keen interest in Contentious Probate matters, to include Will disputes and Inheritance Act claims, whereby she acts for both those issuing applications, or defending them.
Gemma joined Larcomes in 2014 as a Trainee Solicitor, after graduating from the University of Portsmouth. Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.
Gemma can see clients at either our Portsmouth or Waterlooville offices.
When Gemma is not in the office, she is kept busy by her two young sons.
