Having completed her training contract with Larcomes, Gemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.
Gemma is an experienced litigation solicitor under the direction of David Sumner in the Commercial Department. She undertakes all aspects of general civil litigation on behalf of individual clients and business clients alike to include contract dispute, debt recovery, contentious probate matters and building disputes. Gemma routinely acts for residential landlords in all aspects of Housing Act matters, to include possession and recovery of rental arrears. Gemma has a keen interest in Trusts of Land matters and acts for clients both in defending and issuing applications in settling co-ownership disputes.
When Gemma is not in the office, she is kept busy by her two young sons, and they are slowly exploring the UK countryside in a caravan.
