Conveyancing Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at our office in Waterlooville.

 

The Role

This is a Conveyancing Assistant role and duties will include:

  • Assisting the Fee earners with all stages of conveyancing transactions
  • Dealing with clients, solicitors, agents and other relevant parties via phone, email, correspondence and in person
  • Administration for the department including letters, contracts, and invoices
  • Providing quotes and responding to new enquiries to promote new business

 

The Candidate

Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong I.T. skills to include Microsoft office and outlook
  • Experience with a case management system
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Good team player
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous administration experience
  • Conveyancing experience
