Conveyancing Assistant
We are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at our office in Waterlooville.
The Role
This is a Conveyancing Assistant role and duties will include:
- Assisting the Fee earners with all stages of conveyancing transactions
- Dealing with clients, solicitors, agents and other relevant parties via phone, email, correspondence and in person
- Administration for the department including letters, contracts, and invoices
- Providing quotes and responding to new enquiries to promote new business
The Candidate
Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Good attention to detail
- Strong I.T. skills to include Microsoft office and outlook
- Experience with a case management system
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Good team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous administration experience
- Conveyancing experience
