After leaving Yorkshire in 2007, Asaph trained in divorce law in Kent but has specialised in civil litigation since, having worked in five autonomous departments nationwide. In doing so he has acted for companies, individuals and partnerships, settling disputes across the entire remit of civil litigation.
His workload normally includes contract, consumer, contentious probate and partnership disputes. He has also gained significant experience in property litigation, covering e.g. arrears recovery, boundary, dilapidations, forfeiture, trespass disputes and possession claims, or advising on leases and restrictive covenants. Further, he can assist in employment law, data protection breaches, debt recovery and other miscellaneous areas.
His special interest is in contract and tortious claims, although he is keen on settling disputes of various forms. He sees himself as an adaptable, personable and determined solicitor. In his down time he enjoys creative cooking, film, music, photography, walking, and is a seasoned traveller.
