Commercial Property Lawyer

High Street & Commercial law firm requires a Commercial Property Lawyer (full-time) to assist in and manage a wide range of challenging and complex property, landlord and tenant and landlaw matters. There is a focus on the following;

• Commercial Leases
• Property transactions – acquisitions and disposals
• Refinancing transactions
• Land Transactions

The firm requires a candidate with strong interest in marketing. Attention to detail and the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships are essential requirements.

You should be able to demonstrate technical expertise and a varied range of experience in commercial and property matters. You will be expected to provide a high level of service to existing clients.
